1. according to the contract, our company provides qualified products and relevant information about tower cranes for buyers.
2. Our company is responsible for first installation and technical guidance of our equipments.

3.  Our company could help users instruct servicemen for installation and maintenance of equipments and provide drivers’ training manual of tower cranes.

4.  Our company provides warranty service for its equipments whose term of service follow our contracts.

5. As our products are faulty, our company would send serviceman as soon as possible so as to guarantee normal operation of equipments.

6. Return visit: return visit plays an vital role in the whole service. It could enhance the communication and coordination between servicemen and customers so as to establish a good cooperative relationship between servicemen and customers. Service department arranges person(s) specially appointed in charge of supervising return visits that servicemen conduct towards new and old customers. Such return visits could make out service condition of customers’ equipments and help customers troubleshoot their equipments.

7. Telephone interviews: our company would arrange staff in charge of interview our customers by telephone. They would actively call our customers to inquire about service condition of our products and customers’ assessment of our products. After every maintenance, our staff would make a phone call to our customers to acquire assessments of our servicemen’s attitude, quality of service and service promptness, etc.
